Zachary Bonner PhD

I'm currently an Academic Advisor in the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences at Iowa State University. I was previously a Graduate Lecturer in the Department of Political Science at Iowa State University. I've earned my B.S. and my M.A. from Iowa State University majoring in both Psychology and Political Science. I've recently finished my PhD in Political Science at the University of Alabama.

When I'm not working, I love just hanging out with my family, hiking, running, reading, and going to as many Cyclone sporting events as possible. I love running long distances. I've gone for around 35 miles in a single run and I'm also an official finisher of the Chicago Marathon where I raised over $1500 for PAWS Chicago. I'm the proud dad of my daughters Kennedy and Norah and I also have two crazy pups at home: Great Dane (house pony) named Luna and a Taco Terrier named Dixie.
